Chad Burger Elected President of CVYF

📣 Congratulations to Our New CVYF President – Chad Burger! 🏈

The Chippewa Valley Youth Football League is proud to announce that Chad Burger has officially been elected as our next President after the retirement of Arnie Pehlke. Chad brings with him an incredible 24 years of dedicated service to CVYF and the greater football community, along with a passion for youth development that truly embodies what our organization stands for.

Chad’s journey with CVYF began in 2002 as an assistant coach. By 2003, he stepped into roles as both head coach and vice president, setting the tone early for leadership and commitment. Over the years, he has served our league in nearly every capacity—including president, secretary, treasurer, and vice president—while also advancing through middle school and high school football, where he currently serves as an assistant head coach and defensive coordinator.

Most recently, Chad stepped up as acting president during a time of transition, leading with professionalism, integrity, and a steady focus on strengthening the league. His deep understanding of CVYF’s operations, finances, and community relationships positions him perfectly to guide the organization forward.

Chad’s vision is centered on building a strong, sustainable future for CVYF—one that provides meaningful development opportunities for our youth while remaining a trusted and engaged community partner. He believes deeply that every role matters and that positive impact comes from service, collaboration, and heart.

We are excited about the direction CVYF is heading and grateful for Chad’s continued commitment to making a difference for the players, families, and community we serve. Please join us in congratulating Chad Burger on his election as CVYF President! 👏
