Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

CVYF Tackle Football

A full refund will be granted if requested before jerseys are ordered (usually before August). After that date a partial refund will be issued as there are non-refundable fees and expenses we have in regards to the player's anticipated participation. Please contact CVYF president, Chad Burger, regarding any refund request. We understand special situations may arise, please contact us in regards to those.

Futures (K-1st Grade)

Full refunds can be given before jerseys are ordered, otherwise after your players jersey has been order there will be a partial refund to help cover fees and cost. Any questions or concerns, please contact CVYF President Chad Burger.

CVYF 7th Grade Tackle Football

CVYF Flag Football

Coach Registration

All coaches will need to be USA Football certified, this can be completed online. CVYF will reimburse you after you receive your certification and complete your coaching duties.

Officials & Refs

All refunds are processed through CVYF.

Sponsorship

All sales are final.
